HYDRO B • Water heaters for installation in conjunction with the geothermal heat pump ETERA

The HYDRO B water heater is designed for installation with the ETERA geothermal heat pump from KRONOTERM. This 200 L stainless steel water heater is equipped with a charging pump and an associated plate exchanger and is available in a version with or without a built-in expansion vessel of 8 L. If there is insufficient space for the HYDRO B water heater next to the ETERA heat pump, the stand alone HYDRO BA water heater can also be chosen.

• KRONOTERM

• The HYDRO B is assembled into 1 unit with the ETERA heat pump. In this way, the geothermal heat pump and water heater form an ALL-IN-ONE system.
• The water heater loading system provides a large amount of sanitary hot water in a short time.
• Possibility to connect a return pump and return pipe.

• Aesthetic: The 2 identical casings of the heat pump and water heater form a perfect whole thanks to the assembly on the right side of the ETERA heat pump. By using the template and the hydraulic pipes that are ready in advance in the wall, the units can be installed without visible pipes.
• Ease of installation: The pre-assembly of the pipes, the built-in pump, expansion vessel (according to the chosen version) and the supplied connection pipes between the water heater and the heat pump make installation quick and easy.
• Compact: The ETERA heat pump and the HYDRO B water heater take up less than 1 m² of floor space and work together with a noise level of only 27 dB, making the system barely audible.
• Composition: The HYDRO B water heater is supplied with only a front panel. When assembling with the ETERA, the right side panel is removed and mounted on the right side of the HYDRO B water heater. Two spacers at the rear and one spacer and masking element at the front are supplied so that the heat pump and boiler fit together seamlessly after installation.

• SET_HYDRO B HW-CW 2 x required. They consist of an extensible hydraulic pipe, a manual shut-off valve, a seal and 2 insulation jackets. They connect the water heater to the pre-mounted collector for respectively SKW (CW on the drawing) and DHW (HW on the drawing).
• SET HYDRO B RC 1 x required. Only if a return pipe for DHW is required. Consists of a return pump, a mounting bracket, an extensible hydraulic pipe as a connecting piece between the pre-mounted return pipe on the collector and the return pump, a connecting piece between pump and return on the water heater, and an electrical connection wire for connection to the KSM print of the ETERA heat pump.
